Whatz up ya’ll, check out my new blog and website!
I was asked today does your Church do Outreach? I couldn’t imagine being apart of a church that didn’t do outreach? Scripturally Jesus said that we are to teach the Gospel to all the nations. The nations maybe your block it doesn’t always have to be the world. The people that we minister to here are people that may never step foot into a church. So we bring the Gospel to them.
I started witnessing the next day after I got saved, and part of my reason was I wanted everyone to know that I was a Christian and when I began to search the scriptures I found out that was what we are commanded to do. I then took it to another level when I found out the tools that you can use to do outreach. The same tools that are on my website. Something simple as giving out bottled water on the street corner or sandwiches for the homeless. Even playing basketball with kids on a playground. There are many avenues that God uses to open up the doors to share the gospel. The problem is that most of us don’t see those different avenues.
I witnessed RWOC grow from 400 members to 2000 members as a result of doing outreach in 3 neighborhoods with 3 buses and 15 volunteers spending 2 hours a week knocking on doors. You see we do it Door-By-Door, Block-By-Block. I know your thinking it is NOT all about numbers, but some reason Jesus left 99 to go after the 1 and for some reason God named a book of the bible Numbers! I don’t think it matters that weather you’re a mega church or a church with 50 members. What matters is… are you reaching your full potential with what you got? If all you have is a flyer that is inviting people to your church that is a form of outreach.
A mentor and great friend of mine who pastors the largest inner city church in America often preaches a sermon called "The Need is the Call." His name is Bill Wilson and he is what he preaches. Bill’s mother left him on a street corner for 3 days when he was only 7 years old and never came back. At that point of his life his destiny was prison, the grave yard and a card board box in a park, but he turned what the enemy meant for his destruction, he turned it around for God as a ministry.
I grew up in a Christian home with both Mother and Father who took me to church most of my adolescent life. As a result of my poor decisions, I made some really bad choices after high school. My destiny was the same as Bill’s, but when God saved me and begin to straighten out my mess the only thing I wanted to do was repay God and give back to the people I once caused pain to.
So I ask you today to think back to where God brought you from. Have you turned around what the enemy meant to destroy.
HH ~ We find a way to get it done!

This is very nice.
This was great. It shows that we are all suppose to impose ministry somewhere into our lives each day. Everyday someone should hear about the goodness of the Lord. The church shouldn't just stand behind four walls but should show the love that Jesus did and minister to all. I love you Pastor Hasker.
Thanks Rachelle. We're in this together. I love you too.
I have a Court Order for you! You have been accused of accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and bombarding God with prayers! You are hereby sentenced to Everlasting Life , No bail, No Appeal. You have been labeled Blessed and hereby detained in
God's custody forever.
The reflection of this message is throughly God's truth. I felt it spiritually, mentally, and physically. There are so many of us who know what it is like to be in total despair and feel like we have no one but then God reached out and touched us where it hurt the most. That God given alleviation is an experience that we all should disperse among our fellow neighbors without prejudice, because that is how God bestowed his glory upon us in our time of need. So I support you 110% in this effort Pastor Hudgens who better to lead this than you
Thanks Sharon, glad you liked it.
Thanks Rita! I'll always be under his commandment!
Thank you for your kind words of encouragement Ali!
Pastor Hasker... Thank you so much for blessing us with this blog! I hope you update it weekly with your words of wisdom and encouragement! I love you! Thank you so much for seeing something in me when I was in Lo Debar and calling it out! I love you Daddy!
I guess, I'll try to post again, I tried this on friday and somehow it didn't go through. Anway I agree with your message and I believe that you inspire others who don't have the faith to believe that GOD can use ANYBODY to save souls. So many times church goers are afraid to go out and bring in the lost ones, because they don't look like them, or they don't fit a certain image. You are doing GOD'S will by ministering to the lost souls, the ones who have been rejected by so many people and their families as well. Keep doing what you do, because you have made an awesome impact on the Upstate and I look forward to seeing what else God has in store for you.
Thank you for the motivation. Our choir practice has devotional time and when its my turn to give it, (March)your message will be my inspiration.
Thanks and God Bless

Hey Evangelist Hasker!
You are tearing it up. A little secret for you here. The reason your outreach is so very effective is that you target the children. Children will ALWAYS bring their significant others to God after they have been reached. Because you have gone after the "least of these", your Father in Heaven has given you the city. We would love to spend some time with you and your Operation Go workers to encourage us all in communication of Jesus' love and His Salvation to the children. We are still hoping to get to Greenville in Late April/Early May.

Hey Pastor. As I was reading this message Mark 8:36 came to mind. "What good is it for a man to gain the whole world ,yet forfeit his soul". Spiritual death. Eternal separation from God. Now, as christians ,if we ask ourselves this question. What good is it for us to be saved, yet do nothing to see our friends, family, community, and city come to know Christ? Yes, we will go to Heaven, be blessed, and have favor. But there is so much more to the cross than just salvation. God is love. Love is an action word. We are to live our lives as a living sacrifice to God. We are to give of our time, money, or gifts for the sake of the Gospel. No big I's or little U's. Ever joint supplies. The gates of hell shall not prevail. Pastor you have the heart of Christ. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of evangelizing Greenville through Op Go. In fulfilling of 1 Corin. 9:22. You have become all things to all men so that by all possible means some maybe saved. May a mantel of power continue to rest on you. God Bless.
Pastor Hasker you are on point!!!!! You and your team are evangelistic trailblazers. There is a shifting in the atmosphere and God is surrounding you with what you need to go to higher heights. Ms. Anita
